Foreign Police reporting that happens without you.

From arrival to filed, without anyone typing.
Six years of records, produced on inspection.
Everything CheckinGuest does
In the order a guest meets it.
01
Online check-in before arrival
A link, a surname, a date. The guest finds their booking and fills in their details before they land.
02
Passport scanning
They photograph the passport or ID and the form fills itself: name, date of birth, nationality, document number, expiry. A whole booking party registers together.
03
Automatic Foreign Police reporting
Every foreign guest is filed overnight, in the exact format the authorities require, with no staff involvement.
04
Rejection handling
A rejected record names the guest and the reason in plain Czech. One correction on one screen and it resubmits itself. Nothing is silently sent twice.
05
City tax
Calculated per guest, per night, with exemptions applied automatically and collected during check-in.
06
Door unlocking
The guest opens their room from the app with one button, or reads a keypad code.
07
Chat
One-to-one messaging with reception, plus a group chat for everyone staying at the property.
08
Events and welcome coupons
Guests browse pub crawls, tours and parties and buy tickets in the app. Each guest also gets their own QR coupon, a free drink or similar, scanned and redeemed by staff.
Open the door from a phone.
In Bluetooth range the guest's app unlocks the lock on arrival, and a keypad code works when the phone doesn't.

Every foreign guest must be reported to the Foreign Police.

3
working days from check-in to file the record with the authorities.
6
years the house book must be kept and produced on inspection.
